This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Collaborate with customers, prospects, and internal teams to address insider risk challenges.
• Act as the main technical contact during the sales cycle for insider risk initiatives.
• Work alongside Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing on evaluations and pilot projects.
• Grasp insider risk requirements and present Everfox Insider Risk solutions effectively.
• Oversee the technical sales process from initial discovery through proof-of-concept execution and proposal creation.
• Provide technical presentations and product demonstrations centered on insider threat detection, user activity monitoring, and data exfiltration prevention.
• Clearly communicate Everfox's capabilities and competitive advantages.
• Address technical objections while advising on architecture, deployment, integration, and best practices for insider risk.
• Resolve technical issues during pilot projects and configure solutions to achieve relevant outcomes and detections.
• Offer technical support to sales teams, including presentations, RFI/RFP responses, and strategic advice.
• Foster relationships with security operations, CISO, compliance, and HR stakeholders.
• Represent Everfox at customer meetings, technical deep dives, industry events, and insider threat working groups.
• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining organization and focus.
• At least 7 years of experience as a Sales Engineer or technical specialist in enterprise cybersecurity solutions, particularly in insider risk, DLP, or UBA.
• Proven track record in complex technical sales environments involving sensitive government or enterprise clients.
• Capability to collaborate with sales teams to develop account and pursuit strategies.
• Experience in building relationships with customer technical staff, security operations teams, and compliance stakeholders throughout the sales process.
• Demonstrated ability to support and respond to RFIs/RFPs related to insider risk or data security solutions.
• Familiarity with insider threat program frameworks such as NITTF, CERT Insider Threat guidelines, NIST SP 800-53, and CPIR.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• In-depth understanding of sales cycles and presales processes.
• Experience collaborating with analyst teams, SOC operators, and compliance teams in enterprise settings.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
• Comprehensive understanding of insider threat detection platforms, user activity monitoring, and behavioral analytics.
• Knowledge of UBA/UEBA methodologies and risk scoring frameworks.
• Experience with endpoint monitoring, digital forensics, and e-discovery tools.
• Strong understanding of SIEM, EDR, IAM, and PAM technologies.
• Experience with Windows, Linux, VMware, and Hyper-V systems.
• Proficiency with AWS and Azure platforms.
• Ability to convey product positioning and value to technical practitioners as well as business and compliance audiences.
• Experience in creating technical content and supporting RFI/RFP responses.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to engage with security operations, legal, HR, and executive stakeholders.
• Resilience and composure in high-pressure situations; adept at managing multiple priorities effectively.
