This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
• Act as a strategic consultant for healthcare organizations, particularly payer entities, regarding Agentic Automation and AI-driven process enhancements.
• Advocate for the integration of AI agents, automation, process intelligence, and human skills in intricate healthcare operations.
• Collaborate with account teams to formulate account strategies and pinpoint growth prospects.
• Facilitate discovery workshops involving both business and technical stakeholders.
• Employ process intelligence techniques to uncover inefficiencies, assess value, and create automation roadmaps.
• Design and present demonstrations, executive briefings, and proof-of-value initiatives.
• Engineer solutions that blend AI, automation, orchestration, document comprehension, and agentic workflows.
• Work alongside Product and Engineering, Customer Success, and Industry Solution teams.
• Create healthcare-focused solution narratives and use cases.
• Assist in technical evaluations and discussions that address architecture, security, governance, scalability, and implementation.
• Represent UiPath at client meetings, industry events, and executive briefings.
• Disseminate best practices and industry insights throughout the go-to-market organization.
• Extensive knowledge of Healthcare Payer operations, encompassing claims management, prior authorization, utilization management, care management, provider data management, enrollment and eligibility, risk adjustment, revenue integrity, appeals and grievances, and customer/member service operations.
• Proven experience assisting healthcare organizations in enhancing operational performance through technology-driven transformation efforts.
• Capable of linking business challenges to technical solutions and articulating measurable business benefits.
• Strong grasp of AI, automation, enterprise applications, and contemporary technology architectures.
• Experience leading consultative discovery discussions with executives, business leaders, and technical stakeholders.
• Ability to simplify and convey intricate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies, operational excellence frameworks, and process transformation practices.
• Experience collaborating with large enterprise organizations within complex, highly regulated settings.
• Background in sales engineering, consulting, solution architecture, digital transformation, intelligent automation, or related areas.
• Intellectual curiosity, adaptability, and a commitment to ongoing learning.
• Strong skills in collaboration and relationship-building.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
