This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +12 more states.
• Take ownership of and deliver tailored product demonstrations that align Zoomph's social and broadcast measurement features with the objectives of potential clients.
• Develop and set up proof-of-concept environments utilizing real data for prospective properties, leagues, or brands.
• Address technical objections related to platform architecture, data methodology, precision, and competitive comparisons.
• Lead the technical responses for enterprise RFPs and procurement questionnaires.
• Manage the API and integration narrative for clients connecting Zoomph data to Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, or their internal systems.
• Conduct market intelligence activities and relay significant trends and insights across the organization.
• Create and maintain competitive battlecards.
• Assist in the development and ongoing enhancement of sales playbooks, pitch frameworks, email templates, call guides, competitive positioning, and customer-response materials.
• Generate and uphold sales materials including presentations, one-pagers, case studies, and leave-behind resources tailored to each market segment.
• Aid in the onboarding of new sales personnel by developing materials and conducting training sessions.
• Collaborate with Marketing to build and maintain CRM, HubSpot, prospecting workflows, sequences, and reporting dashboards.
• Work with the team on the rollout of the HubSpot Prospecting Agent.
• Facilitate coaching sessions and call review programs utilizing the revenue intelligence platform.
• Monitor and enhance outbound messaging, content, and sequences based on conversion metrics.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing to ensure messaging remains current and accurate as the platform evolves.
• Partner directly with the CRO to contribute to closed deals and ensure sales readiness.
• 4–6 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, Sales Enablement, or Account Management (if technical), preferably within the SaaS, Data Insights, or Sports Tech industries.
• Comfortable presenting complex data products to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven experience managing sales materials and programs that are effectively utilized by the team.
• Familiarity with APIs, data integrations, and business intelligence tools (experience with Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake is a plus).
• Strong skills in HubSpot; experience with a Revenue Intelligence tool is preferred.
• Excellent writing and communication skills; capable of transforming rough sales instincts into polished, reusable assets quickly.
• Ability to communicate with clients in a straightforward and approachable manner.
• Data-driven mindset: you assess what's effective and eliminate what isn’t.
• Knowledge of sports, media measurement, or sponsorship analytics is a significant advantage.
• Self-motivated individual who excels at managing multiple priorities independently.
• Must be able to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods.
