This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to identify customer needs and align solutions with business objectives.
• Provide tailored product demonstrations and technical presentations both remotely and on-site.
• Create and sustain hands-on demonstrations, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts.
• Conduct discovery sessions to gain insights into customer requirements, technical environments, and development processes.
• Engage directly with the product and code to verify workflows, troubleshoot issues, and showcase customer-environment compatibility.
• Detect and address technical obstacles throughout the sales process.
• Complete Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and security and technical questionnaires.
• Communicate return on investment and technical value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Work alongside Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer teams, and agency partners.
• Ensure the technical success for assigned opportunities.
• Cultivate subject matter expertise in contemporary web infrastructure, composable architectures, and AI-assisted development.
• Contribute to internal training by sharing customer insights, field experiences, demonstrations, and best practices.
• Assist in onboarding client and partner design and development teams while influencing product direction and market positioning.
• Over 4 years of practical experience in developing, deploying, or supporting modern websites and web applications, including customer-facing technical roles.
• Proficiency in developing with Drupal, WordPress, and React/Next.js.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code, including their application for building, debugging, and refining web experiences.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation abilities, including leading engaging technical demonstrations and clearly articulating architectural trade-offs.
• Capability to translate technical concepts into understandable business value.
• Strong technical curiosity and a commitment to ongoing learning.
• Comfortable working with evolving products, incomplete documentation, and receiving early customer feedback.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
