Sales Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Assist customers and partners throughout pre-sales, sales, and post-sales processes.

• Collaborate with the Sales team to evaluate sales opportunities from a technical standpoint.

• Demonstrate solutions and collect customer requirements.

• Create architectures for inclusion in proposals.

• Oversee technical communications with customers and partners.

• Collect field feedback and convey relevant technical information.

• Follow up on issue resolutions and feature requests with customers and partners.

• Engage with the Research and Development Team as necessary.

• Train and empower partners to effectively position, sell, and support Nozomi Networks solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles as a Security Consultant, System Integrator, or System Engineer.

• Strong understanding and experience with complex networks, protocols, and networking technologies.

• CCNA certification or equivalent is advantageous.

• Background in Cyber Security, preferably in incident management or penetration testing.

• Proven ability to deliver impactful training programs for partners.

• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.

• Effective problem identification and resolution skills.

• Strong sales instincts and commitment to achieving objectives.

• Robust work ethic.

• Proficient in written and spoken English and Dutch.

• Willingness and availability to travel.

• Experience with ICS (Industrial Control Systems) security projects.

• Security certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, GICSP, ISA99 Cyber Security, IACRB Certified SCADA Security Architect, or ISO27001 Lead Auditor.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in computer systems or telecommunications.
