This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Execute product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the value of Luma Health solutions.
• Craft tailored solutions for healthcare clients.
• Partner with product development to ensure solutions are integrated with current healthcare systems.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development to create a unified go-to-market strategy.
• Collect feedback from stakeholders and continually enhance offerings.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer in the healthcare technology sector.
• Comprehensive understanding of one or more major EHR systems (Epic, Cerner/Oracle Health, athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, MEDITECH), including integration architectures.
• Demonstrated experience with patient access and engagement workflows, encompassing scheduling, intake, referral management, and patient communication systems.
• Strong grasp of Revenue Cycle Management principles, including eligibility verification, prior authorizations, referral processes, and billing workflows.
• Capability to discuss API and integration concepts such as HL7, FHIR, and webhooks with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in independently responding to RFPs and RFIs.
• Strong discovery skills to analyze current workflows and align pain points with product value.
• Exceptional presentation and demo delivery abilities for clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders.
• Proficient use of AI tools to enhance personal productivity and efficiency.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Previous experience in a startup or high-growth SaaS environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI-driven voice and messaging products, workflow automation tools, and patient engagement platforms is advantageous.
