This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to conduct discovery, position solutions, and validate technical aspects for enterprise agreements.
• Facilitate discovery and technical qualification sessions with potential clients.
• Assess customer infrastructure, security maturity, compliance needs, and risk priorities.
• Provide customized product demonstrations and proof-of-value sessions.
• Relate NodeZero capabilities to customer risk mitigation and business impact.
• Maintain relationships with key accounts, monitor changing needs, ensure value delivery, and identify opportunities for growth.
• Convert technical capabilities into exposure reduction, compliance alignment, and operational efficiency.
• Take ownership of the technical deal strategy, addressing objections, competitive positioning, and technical concerns.
• Work in conjunction with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Product Marketing teams.
• Contribute to the sharing of internal knowledge, demo processes, technical resources, and enterprise playbooks.
• Stay engaged post-sale to assist with technical handoff, adoption, impact assessment, executive alignment, and signals for expansion.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Solutions Architect in the cybersecurity or infrastructure sector.
• Residing in Eastern Canada, ideally in the Greater Toronto area.
• Experience managing Enterprise accounts with technical expertise and interactions with executives.
• Strong grasp of cybersecurity fundamentals, including threat landscapes, vulnerability management, identity, cloud, and Active Directory.
• Ability to simplify intricate technical concepts for both practitioners and executives.
• Proven experience executing structured proof-of-value initiatives and overseeing technical validation processes.
• Excellent collaboration skills and aptitude for thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Bilingual in English and French is preferred.
• A minimum broadband connection of 25Mbps is required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
