This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate technical discovery discussions with enterprise clients and potential customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and solution-focused workshops.
• Articulate how AppLogic solutions enhance application visibility, user experience, network performance, and operational efficiency.
• Assist in proof-of-value and proof-of-concept initiatives that showcase measurable outcomes for customers.
• Work collaboratively with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales teams to address customer needs and technical inquiries.
• Cultivate expertise in contemporary data centers, cloud computing, AI, and GPU-driven environments.
• Engage in discussions regarding AI infrastructure and GPU networking prospects in collaboration with senior technical experts.
• 2-5 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Network Engineering, Technical Consulting, Professional Services, or a similar field.
• Strong grasp of networking principles, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, firewalls, and network troubleshooting.
• Proficient in articulating technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, virtualization, enterprise networking, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, security, or data center environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to collaborate effectively with customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Basic understanding of data center concepts, including compute, storage, networking, leaf-spine topology, north-south and east-west traffic, front-end IP networks, back-end GPU fabrics, tenant isolation, and redundancy.
• Foundational knowledge of AI and machine learning principles, including model training versus inference, generative AI applications, and agentic AI workflows.
• Capability to interpret a basic data center network diagram and discuss bandwidth, latency, packet loss, connection rates, and traffic direction.
• Ability to validate workload traffic-pattern assumptions using customer data.
• Experience with virtualization and cloud technologies utilized for deploying and scaling network solutions.
• Comprehensive understanding of TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, VLANs, NAT, firewalls, and packet-flow troubleshooting.
