This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
• Lead conversations with clients to comprehend and document their environments and needs, encompassing cross-domain, network security, and DLP/intellectual property protection requirements.
• Suggest suitable products and services.
• Conduct presentations on products, technology, and tailored solutions, which include system demonstrations, white-boarding, and technical Q&A sessions.
• Offer pre-sales technical support, security engineering, and guidance for Forcepoint cybersecurity technologies.
• Prepare proofs of concept and demonstrations.
• Architect, design, construct, and implement cybersecurity solutions for customers and partners during pilot projects and proof-of-concept demonstrations.
• Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and sales events.
• Create and present trade studies, cost-benefit analyses, white papers, reports, and briefings.
• Develop technical content and diagrams for RFI/RFP responses alongside account managers and the proposal team.
• Coordinate with Product Specialists during pre-sales activities.
• Collaborate with partners and professional services to ensure project activities align with customer expectations.
• Maintain demonstration and lab capabilities.
• Promote, engage in, and deliver Forcepoint’s mission across relevant social media platforms.
• Carry out other duties and projects as assigned.
• A solid network of existing customer connections within the Pakistan market.
• Proven experience in the cybersecurity field.
• Pre-sales experience directly working with cybersecurity and/or network products in a team setting.
• Proficiency in Web security, SASE, network infrastructure, and NGFW.
• Familiarity with Data Loss Prevention projects, methodologies, and logic.
• Strong customer relationship and engagement skills.
• Ideally, experience working with enterprise accounts.
• Confident communicator, capable of proactively engaging with customers.
• Ability to effectively convey information to a wide range of audiences, from technical experts to C-level executive decision-makers.
• Must be able to collaboratively coordinate across traditional engineering disciplines, management, and customers.
• Knowledge of networking topology, TCP/IP protocols, proxy infrastructures, network architectures, and components (such as firewalls and routers).
• Preferred experience in Linux/Windows systems administration.
• Strong understanding of customer and prospect requirements, security design, and system architectures.
• Experience with cybersecurity engineering projects and programs.
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
