This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
• Facilitate discussions with clients to comprehend and document their environments and requirements, particularly in cross-domain, network security, and DLP/intellectual property protection.
• Suggest suitable Forcepoint products and services based on client needs.
• Conduct presentations on products, technology, and tailored solutions, including demonstrations, whiteboarding sessions, and technical Q&A.
• Offer pre-sales technical support, security engineering, and expert guidance for the development and implementation of Forcepoint cybersecurity technologies.
• Create proofs of concept and conduct demonstrations.
• Design, build, and deploy cybersecurity solutions with customers, partners, resellers, and Forcepoint teams for pilot and proof-of-concept initiatives.
• Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and sales events.
• Prepare and deliver trade studies, cost-benefit analyses, white papers, reports, and briefings.
• Generate technical content and diagrams for RFI/RFP submissions in collaboration with account managers and the proposal team.
• Coordinate the involvement of Product Specialists in pre-sales efforts.
• Work closely with partners and professional services to ensure project activities align with customer expectations.
• Maintain demonstration and lab capabilities.
• Advocate for and communicate Forcepoint’s mission on relevant social media platforms.
• Execute other assigned duties and projects.
• A strong existing network of customer connections within the Pakistan market.
• Proven experience in the cybersecurity field.
• Prior pre-sales experience working directly with cybersecurity and/or network products in a collaborative environment.
• Familiarity with web security, SASE, network infrastructure, and next-generation firewalls (NGFW).
• Experience in Data Loss Prevention projects, methodologies, and strategies.
• Excellent customer relationship and engagement skills.
• Ideally, experience with enterprise accounts.
• Confident communicator, capable of proactively engaging with clients.
• Ability to effectively convey information to diverse audiences, from technical professionals to executive-level decision-makers.
• Must be able to coordinate collaboratively across traditional engineering disciplines, management, and clients.
• Knowledge of networking topologies, TCP/IP protocols, proxy infrastructures, and network architectures and components (firewalls, routers, etc.).
• Preferred experience in Linux/Windows systems administration.
• Strong understanding of customer and prospect requirements, security design, and system architectures.
• Experience with cybersecurity engineering projects and programs.
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
