This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +1 more country.
• Take ownership of the technical demonstration process and convert agentic intelligence into concise, execution-ready outputs for C-suite executives.
• Collaborate with enterprise clients to assess ROI by revealing hidden costs associated with manual data cleaning and the growth potential offered by AI-driven optimization.
• Perform in-depth technical discovery sessions to identify merchant challenges.
• Tailor technical presentations and proofs of concept to align with merchant KPIs, objectives, and operational details.
• Oversee the technical phases of the sales pipeline and manage cross-functional intelligence needs for seamless transitions.
• Act as a liaison between field teams and the Product department.
• Leverage customer insights to guide the development of multi-agent systems and Bespoke Strategists.
• Collaborate with E-commerce, Financial, and Product leaders to showcase solutions for fragmented data and cost optimization.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Sales Engineering or Pre-Sales capacity specifically within the SaaS and Payments industries.
• Native or professional proficiency in both Spanish and English.
• Extensive knowledge of APIs and SFTP integrations.
• Experience with no-code integrations to major Payment Service Providers and acquirers such as Adyen, Braintree, and Fiserv.
• Demonstrated success in navigating complex sales cycles with large-scale, global enterprise clients.
• Strong foundation in value engineering.
• Capability to construct business cases based on cost-to-performance insights and revenue implications.
• Proficiency in comparing merchant performance against industry payment benchmarks.
• Awareness of operational friction points for finance and tech teams, including chargeback data management and authorization results.
• Competence in utilizing analytics tools for scenario simulations and forecasting.
• Expertise in developing systems for detecting and sizing high-impact opportunities.
