This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Act as the product domain specialist, assisting Account Executives and potential clients throughout the complete sales process.
• Deliver comprehensive product insights to customers and prospects, showcasing Addepar's unique advantages and features compared to competitors.
• Support sales initiatives with Proof of Concepts (POCs).
• Input prospective client data and create tailored demo environments based on specific business needs.
• Facilitate coordination of internal product and technical resources for client meetings.
• Aid Account Executives with Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs).
• Contribute to the creation of Statements of Work and budget estimates.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Data, Implementation Project Managers, Support, Finance, and Legal teams.
• Help institutionalize knowledge for current and future Account Executives by developing sales resources.
• Occasionally provide guidance to existing customers on technical issues, product roadmap navigation, and opportunities for service or product upsells.
• Over 3 years of proven experience in the Financial Services industry, including roles such as FinTech deployment, sales engineering, solutions architecture, product experience, or financial platforms.
• Previous experience in comparable positions (deployment, product, engineering, and/or client success) within SaaS companies.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Strong understanding of investment management.
• Familiarity with modern software architecture and database concepts.
• Knowledge of Data Lakehouse and API concepts.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with the capability to manage and track processes while working with multiple prospective clients simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects, manage intricate relationships, and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel on short notice (20%+).
• Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
