This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead technical scoping discussions for Ambient AI pilots with healthcare providers and key decision-makers.
• Gather specialty, note types, EHR, and workflow requirements and transform them into technical scopes.
• Establish pilot EHR integrations utilizing browser automation, DOM injection, and API pathways.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues when notes fail to appear in the patient chart.
• Verify, configure, and activate advanced AI features such as ICD coding, orders, Patient 360, carry forward, and pre-visit summaries.
• Convert gold-standard notes and specialty requirements into template requests.
• Manage template updates and in-pilot requests within a 24-hour service level agreement (SLA).
• Oversee pilot Slack channels and track pilot status and usage in Salesforce.
• Assist Account Executives with inquiries regarding integration and features.
• Facilitate the weekly integrations sales desk.
• Handle the technical sections of RFPs and security questionnaires.
• Transition customers to implementation with integrations, templates, provider lists, and documentation of known issues.
• Escalate integration and product findings to Engineering with detailed reproduction steps.
• Contribute to the development of debugging queries, checklists, wiki documentation, tooling, and playbooks.
• 3–7 years of experience in sales engineering, solutions engineering, implementation, or healthcare IT.
• Practical experience with at least one ambulatory EHR system: athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, AdvancedMD, NextGen, ModMed, Practice Fusion, or WebPT.
• Experience with Epic, Cerner, or Meditech Expanse is advantageous.
• Proficiency in reading and debugging browser automation, DOM, REST APIs, JSON schemas, and HL7/FHIR integrations.
• Ability to utilize SQL and internal tools to investigate integration challenges.
• Capability to articulate ambient AI note generation, its limitations, and remediation in straightforward language.
• Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple pilots across various EHRs.
• Experience in keeping Salesforce updated and using Slack as the primary communication thread.
• Healthcare fluency in clinical documentation, specialty workflows, HIPAA, SOC 2, and HITRUST security questionnaires.
