This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and educate teams about preventive measures.

• Contribute to the formulation of the annual sales plan, budget forecast, and mid-term strategy.

• Lead sales forecasting initiatives and establish performance objectives.

• Implement commercial roadmaps for designated segments, products, or geographical areas.

• Evaluate sales patterns, compile management reports, and provide business insights.

• Coordinate the effectiveness of sales and development strategies, including analysis and action plans.

• Review and assess performance against programs, quotes, and plans.

• Maintain relationships with existing customers while exploring new growth opportunities.

• Formulate plans and strategies for new commercial ventures and sales objectives.

• Oversee medium-sized accounts and assist key account managers or sales directors with larger accounts.

• Negotiate both short- and long-term contracts while identifying growth and profitability opportunities using CRM.

• Implement pricing strategies for assigned accounts.

• Build and maintain relationships with assigned customers across management, purchasing, and R&D divisions.

• Identify sales development targets and execute development strategies.

• Ensure forecast accuracy and collaboratively manage customer relationships with the Customer Service Team.

• Visit customer locations, offer technical guidance and on-site service, relay product and application feedback to the technical department, and work together to resolve technical issues.

• Manage customers and prospects within the designated portfolio.

• Promote business and market development for the Aluminum business segment within the defined geographical area.

• Participate in shaping the commercial strategy for the assigned perimeter.

• Take ownership of commercial development and profitability across markets within the assigned territory.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Aluminum, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role.

• Demonstrated success in sales and account management.

• Knowledge of the aluminum market is an advantage.

• A technical background in the materials industry is essential.

• Strong business acumen and technical interest.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including negotiation; adept at value-added solution selling.

• Ability to positively influence others without direct reporting relationships.

• Advanced problem-solving capabilities.

• Strategic thinker, result-oriented, with a concern for impact.

• Highly motivated, resourceful, and self-driven.

• Enjoys challenges and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.

• Strong multitasking and time management abilities.

• Proficient in common IT tools (Excel, Word, web applications).

• Salesforce knowledge would be beneficial.

• Willingness to undertake regular weekly travel (up to 70%).
