πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Assist the sales team with initial onboarding, ongoing sales training, sharing best practices, and providing additional sales support.

β€’ Develop and outline learning paths for both initial onboarding and continuous training programs tailored to field sales personnel.

β€’ Work in conjunction with sales leaders and cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and align programs with local priorities and training needs.

β€’ Organize and engage in new hire training, onboarding processes, sales training, and training on sales capabilities, skills, and tools.

β€’ Create and implement metrics to assess the effectiveness and impact of enablement programs.

β€’ Leverage data to pinpoint business priorities and gaps, assisting in the development of comprehensive enablement solutions.

β€’ Produce sales enablement tools and materials that support revenue-generating sales initiatives.

β€’ Identify and highlight repeatable best practices for quick dissemination throughout the field.

β€’ Ensure the sales organization possesses the necessary skills, knowledge, and readiness.

β€’ Travel to designated branch locations to conduct training sessions and support new sales associate training at the Birmingham Training & Development center.

β€’ Carry out additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Generally requires a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field along with five (5) or more years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination.

β€’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

β€’ Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to propose beneficial business solutions.

β€’ Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.

β€’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including presentation capabilities.

β€’ Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage with management at both corporate and departmental levels.

β€’ Innovative in applying tools and techniques to enhance performance.

β€’ Self-driven and capable of independently managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

β€’ Ability to collaborate effectively within a team, managing team dynamics and relationships.

β€’ Strong partnership skills across all management levels, with the ability to influence and challenge decisions and processes.

β€’ Results-oriented, with a focus on developing and influencing peers.

β€’ Willingness to travel to assigned branch locations and the Birmingham Training & Development center.
