This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +3 more states.
• Assist the sales organization with initial onboarding, ongoing sales training, sharing best practices, and providing additional sales support.
• Create and outline learning paths for initial onboarding and continuous training programs for field sales teams.
• Work alongside sales leaders and cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and align programs with local needs and training opportunities.
• Organize and engage in new hire onboarding, sales training, and training for sales capabilities, skills, and tools.
• Develop and execute metrics to assess the effectiveness and impact of enablement programs.
• Utilize data to recognize business priorities and gaps, assisting in the creation of comprehensive enablement solutions beyond just training.
• Produce sales enablement tools and materials that support revenue-generating sales efforts.
• Identify and highlight replicable best practices for dissemination throughout the field.
• Ensure the skills, knowledge, and sales readiness of the sales organization.
• Travel to designated branch locations to deliver training sessions and support new sales associate training at the Birmingham Training & Development center.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Usually requires a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline, along with five (5) or more years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical abilities with a knack for proposing effective business solutions.
• Dependability, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in presentation.
• Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging with management at both corporate and departmental levels.
• Innovative in applying tools and techniques to enhance performance.
• Self-driven and capable of independently managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Ability to collaborate within a team, effectively managing team dynamics and relationships.
