This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +3 more states.
• Assist the sales team with initial onboarding, ongoing sales training, best practice sharing, and additional sales assistance.
• Create and outline learning pathways for initial onboarding and continuous training programs for all field sales personnel.
• Work collaboratively with sales leaders and cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and align programs with local objectives and training needs.
• Organize and take part in new hire training and onboarding sessions, sales training, skills development, and tools training.
• Design and execute metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of the enablement programs.
• Leverage data to pinpoint business priorities and gaps, assisting in the creation of comprehensive enablement solutions.
• Develop sales enablement tools and resources that support the revenue-generating efforts of the sales team.
• Identify and highlight repeatable best practices for distribution throughout the field.
• Ensure that the sales organization possesses the necessary skills, knowledge, and readiness.
• Travel to designated branch locations to deliver training sessions and assist with new sales associate training at the Birmingham Training & Development center.
• Perform additional duties as required.
• Generally requires a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, along with five (5) or more years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to propose effective business solutions.
• Demonstrated reliability, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in presentation.
• Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal abilities, including the capacity to engage with management at both corporate and departmental levels.
• Proactive in implementing tools and techniques to enhance performance.
• Self-driven and capable of independently managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Ability to collaborate within a team, effectively managing team dynamics and relationships.
• Strong partnership abilities across all management levels, with a talent for influencing and challenging decisions and processes.
• Results-oriented, with a focus on developing and influencing peers.
• Willingness to travel to assigned branch locations and support training at the Birmingham Training & Development center.
