This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +3 more states.
β’ Assist the sales team with initial onboarding, ongoing sales training, sharing of best practices, and additional sales support.
β’ Create and outline learning pathways for both initial onboarding and continuous training initiatives for all field sales personnel.
β’ Work closely with sales leaders and cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and align training programs with local needs and opportunities.
β’ Organize and take part in training sessions for new hires, including onboarding, sales training, and skills and tools enhancement.
β’ Develop and implement metrics to assess the effectiveness and impact of enablement programs.
β’ Leverage data to pinpoint business priorities and gaps, aiding in the creation of comprehensive enablement solutions that extend beyond training.
β’ Create sales enablement resources and materials that support revenue-generating activities.
β’ Recognize and highlight repeatable best practices for quick dissemination throughout the field.
β’ Ensure the sales organization possesses the necessary skills, knowledge, and readiness.
β’ Travel to designated branch locations to conduct training sessions and support the onboarding of new sales associates at the Birmingham Training & Development center.
β’ Undertake other responsibilities as assigned.
β’ Generally requires a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline, along with five (5) or more years of relevant experience, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
β’ Strong analytical abilities with a capacity to propose beneficial business solutions.
β’ Dependability, organization, and meticulous attention to detail.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation capabilities.
β’ Professional demeanor and outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with management at both corporate and departmental levels.
