This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the strategy and upkeep of the Internal Sales Portal/Library.
• Curate, classify, and systematically arrange sales materials, technical documents, drawings, and product manuals.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to convert product strategies, roadmaps, and global market needs into sales-ready content and playbooks.
• Spearhead the sales execution of product launches and take part in New Product Development launch teams.
• Create sales materials, including competitive battlecards based on portfolio and competitive analysis.
• Develop sales success narratives, case studies, and value-driven presentations from technical specifications.
• Empower the sales team regarding pricing strategies and margin excellence.
• Design and deliver a comprehensive sales training curriculum, ranging from onboarding to level 3 content/certification.
• Ensure the sales team's proficiency with CRM, dashboards, and sales enablement tools such as Showpad.
• Facilitate communication between the field and factory, incorporating Voice of Customer and Voice of Distributor insights.
• Monitor and report on enablement metrics, training effectiveness, content utilization, and sales productivity.
• Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, product management, innovation, and product teams.
• Report directly to the Sales Enablement Manager.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, sales processes, marketing, sales support, or a related field.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial equipment environment, preferably in the compressed air sector.
• Knowledge of air compressors, air treatment, and systems is advantageous.
• Proficiency with e-learning tools, including their development and implementation.
• Experience in creating sales tools, playbooks, training, and certification programs.
• Strong grasp of sales processes and methodologies.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated capacity to develop and deliver impactful training programs.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Creative and strategic problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with Sandler sales methodology is preferred.
• An MBA is a plus.
