This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee the comprehensive sales onboarding program, which includes scheduling sessions, managing materials, and monitoring progress.
• Educate new team members on essential sales processes, product information, and messaging strategies.
• Continuously enhance onboarding documentation, training flow, and enablement resources.
• Monitor onboarding completion rates and pinpoint areas for improvement or enhancement.
• Organize regular training sessions in collaboration with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.
• Administer the enablement calendar and ensure timely delivery of training sessions.
• Maintain the sales enablement knowledge base/LMS and ensure documentation is up-to-date.
• Collect feedback from representatives and leaders to enhance the quality and effectiveness of training.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to convert product updates and launches into sales enablement materials.
• Manage launch readiness initiatives, including live training sessions, written briefs, battlecards, FAQs, and talk tracks.
• Monitor training completion and readiness for significant product releases.
• Ensure that sales teams are well-versed in messaging, positioning, ideal customer profiles, and competitive differentiation.
• Organize enablement tools, content repositories, and onboarding assets effectively.
• Track engagement with training materials and identify areas needing further support.
• Assist with surveys, certifications, and assessments.
• Aid in documenting sales processes and best practices.
• Report directly to the Director of Legal Solutions.
• Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to develop structure, documentation, and repeatable processes.
• Capability to support teams in their learning, ramping up, and achieving effective performance.
• Comfortable navigating uncertainty and proactively establishing clarity and organization.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex product information into clear and understandable training content.
• Proficient in collaborating with Sales, Product, and Marketing while managing multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with sales tools or enablement platforms such as HubSpot, Notion, or LMS systems is advantageous.
• Familiarity with SaaS or product-led environments is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada at the time of application.
