This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +7 more countries.
⢠Empower GTM teams to accelerate deal closures by providing knowledge, resources, and training throughout the buyer journey.
⢠Design and implement onboarding processes for Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering teams.
⢠Monitor and enhance ramp-up times through customized strategies and performance feedback mechanisms.
⢠Establish role expectations in collaboration with leadership and develop onboarding pathways.
⢠Convert product updates, GTM strategies, and technical concepts into actionable materials.
⢠Identify knowledge gaps and develop role-specific enablement initiatives.
⢠Create certifications and training frameworks focused on demo, discovery, and technical expertise.
⢠Assist in SKOs, regional kickoffs, and quarterly readiness meetings.
⢠Disseminate enablement information through the appropriate communication channels.
⢠Collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, and RevOps on launches, messaging, and process modifications.
⢠Establish and monitor KPIs related to sales productivity, pipeline velocity, and deal size.
⢠Develop competency scorecards in conjunction with GTM managers.
⢠Utilize sales calls, Gong data, and product usage insights to refine and improve programs.
⢠Minimum of 4 years of sales enablement experience in rapidly growing SaaS organizations, preferably within a PLG framework.
⢠Experience in enabling teams to sell mid-market to enterprise deals ranging from 6 to low-7 figures.
⢠Capability to sell to and train teams targeting technical roles such as CTOs and engineering managers.
⢠Proven experience in designing high-quality, scalable training programs for various GTM roles and levels of seniority.
⢠Ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and actionable content.
⢠Organized, self-motivated, proactive, and capable of taking ownership of initiatives.
⢠Strong customer-first orientation.
⢠Enthusiasm for automation and AI (desirable).
⢠Familiarity with n8n (desirable).
⢠Proficiency in English as the company language.
⢠Visa sponsorship is available for Germany; for other countries, existing work authorization is required.
