This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.
• Create and implement onboarding processes for new members of the GTM team across Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering.
• Monitor and enhance ramp-up time through customized strategies and performance feedback mechanisms.
• Establish role-specific benchmarks for exceptional performance and develop onboarding pathways.
• Convert product updates, GTM strategies, and technical ideas into practical content.
• Recognize knowledge gaps and develop tailored enablement initiatives for specific roles.
• Design certification and training frameworks focused on demonstrations, discovery, and technical skills.
• Assist with SKOs, regional kickoffs, and quarterly readiness meetings.
• Disseminate enablement information to GTM teams via suitable communication channels.
• Collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, and RevOps on launches, messaging, and process adjustments.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for sales productivity, pipeline velocity, and deal size.
• Develop competency scorecards with GTM managers for coaching and performance evaluation.
• Utilize sales calls, Gong data, and product usage insights to enhance enablement programs.
• Must be located on the East Coast in Massachusetts, Virginia, New York, New Jersey, or Florida.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales enablement at rapidly growing SaaS companies.
• Preferably experience in building enablement from the ground up in a Product-Led Growth (PLG) environment.
• Proven experience enabling teams involved in selling mid-market to enterprise deals valued between 6 to low-7 figures.
• Familiarity with selling to technical personas such as CTOs and engineering managers.
• Capability to translate technical buyer insight into training for technical account executives.
• Experience in developing scalable training programs for various GTM roles and levels of seniority.
• Proficiency in simplifying complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and actionable sales content.
• Organized, self-motivated, proactive, and capable of taking ownership of tasks.
• Strong customer-centric mindset.
• Interest in automation and AI is a plus.
• Familiarity with n8n is advantageous.
• Right to work required for countries outside of Germany.
• Proficiency in English as it is the company's primary language.
