Sales Enablement, Capability Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Provide engaging in-person, virtual, and blended sales training throughout Europe

• Facilitate educational experiences for sales teams, customer-facing roles, and frontline sales managers

• Convert sales methodologies and commercial tools into actionable, real-world customer scenarios

• Assist managers with coaching tools and reinforcement activities to solidify learning in the field

• Collaborate with Sales Leaders, Commercial Excellence, and cross-functional teams to ensure training aligns with local business requirements

• Utilize learner feedback, assessment, and adoption data to pinpoint capability gaps and enhance learning effectiveness

• Share best practices and contribute to the creation and development of a cohesive European Sales Training & Capability Academy

• Design and develop the European Sales Training & Capability Academy while influencing commercial capability advancement across various markets

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in sales training, commercial capability, facilitation, or learning & development

• Exceptional facilitation and coaching abilities, both in-person and online

• Background working with or supporting customer-facing teams in a complex, consultative setting

• Fluent in English and at least one other European language

• Strong stakeholder management skills in an international, matrixed environment

• Proficient in utilizing digital learning, data, and AI-enabled tools

• Familiarity with sales methodologies or direct customer-facing experience is a considerable advantage

• Experience in MedTech or healthcare is beneficial but not mandatory

• Willingness to travel approximately 30% across Europe
