This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.
• Collaborate with a team that focuses on DTC Sales, Member Retention, and oversight of the Broker Support call center.
• Establish automated reporting for sales performance to enhance transparency and accountability.
• Assist in the onboarding process for agents, including systems access, state licensing, and appointments.
• Create, maintain, and disseminate reports on operational practices and agent performance.
• Draft and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) pertinent to Individual Dental Sales Operations.
• Coordinate with Quality and Compliance teams to ensure an exceptional consumer experience.
• Analyze trends in sales and retention KPIs and track progress toward organizational objectives.
• Assess both internal and external challenges and propose solutions and best practices.
• Collaborate with Individual Dental Operations teams to enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and agent experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, health care, or a relevant field of experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in call center Sales Operations or a related field.
• Strong background in process improvement and experience in documenting SOPs.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the health insurance sector, including regulations and compliance standards.
• Familiarity with call center technology, terminology, and operational environment.
• Experience in identifying gaps in call center technology, sourcing solutions, and implementing them effectively.
• Proven ability to build consensus among internal and external stakeholders.
• Capability to navigate a complex and rapidly evolving regulatory landscape.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and manage various projects concurrently.
• Willingness to travel between 5% to 15% of the time.
• Access to home internet via cable broadband or fiber optic service with a minimum speed of 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload for remote work.
