This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive the acquisition of new customers and enhance strategic accounts within Jabil Healthcare.
• Define, develop, and implement a sales strategy that aligns with Jabil Healthcare’s Pharma Solutions Business Unit and enhanced CDMO capabilities.
• Identify, qualify, and secure new customers and strategic opportunities in injectables, combination products, and oral solid dose manufacturing.
• Establish and maintain trusted relationships with executives as the main commercial contact.
• Lead consultative, enterprise-level sales engagements with a focus on value-based selling.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify target customers, develop pursuit strategies, and secure new business.
• Ensure customer satisfaction, long-term engagement, and success of programs.
• Oversee the Jabil selling process from prospecting and qualification to solution development, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Provide regular updates to the VP of Sales and Business Unit leadership regarding sales strategy, pipeline status, and customer engagement.
• Own and maintain a disciplined Salesforce pipeline to support annual revenue and bookings targets.
• Achieve annual bookings objectives through the acquisition and expansion of strategic CDMO customers.
• Prepare forecasts for revenue, bookings, and expenses.
• Ensure financial discipline across pursuits, emphasizing profitability, capital efficiency, and return on net assets.
• Lead strategies for customer and product penetration alongside Business Unit leadership and Engineering & Technology teams.
• Promote Jabil’s global manufacturing capabilities, vertically integrated supply chain, and CDMO offerings.
• Convert customer needs into scalable manufacturing solutions in collaboration with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams.
• Spearhead the development and presentation of RFQs, commercial proposals, and executive-level customer presentations.
• Ensure that pricing and commercial structures align with Jabil’s financial and strategic goals.
• Facilitate commercial negotiations and contract development for new customers and programs.
• Travel for customer meetings, executive relationship building, opportunity development, commercial negotiations, and periodic visits to Jabil sites.
• Perform additional tasks as necessary to support growth objectives.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• Over 10 years of sales experience in healthcare contract manufacturing and/or CDMO services within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sectors.
• Established relationships at the executive level within pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device organizations.
• Proven experience in selling aseptic manufacturing, fill/finish, oral solid dose, analytical, stability, and packaging services.
• Demonstrated ability to provide integrated, lifecycle-focused CDMO solutions from early development through to commercial scale.
• Willingness to travel 50% domestically and occasionally internationally is required.
• An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
