This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +5 more states.
• Report directly to the Senior Vice President of Sales.
• Propel revenue enhancement and market growth throughout North America.
• Build, lead, scale, and motivate a high-achieving remote B2B sales team.
• Formulate and implement strategic sales initiatives across the North American solar and data center sectors.
• Recruit, manage, and mentor the sales team from inception.
• Establish, convey, and accurately predict sales objectives.
• Keep C-level executives and global headquarters updated on progress, pipeline condition, and market penetration.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with enterprise clients, including utility-scale developers, EPCs, hyperscalers, and data center developers.
• Supervise regional business development efforts and broaden the customer base.
• Advocate for PVcase’s comprehensive solar development platform by addressing client challenges related to solar design, power availability, and data center site selection.
• Execute, manage, and continually enhance the complete sales process.
• Perform market research to discover new segments and customer requirements.
• Track competitor markets, positioning, and market dynamics, providing actionable insights.
• Collaborate with regional branches, Customer Success, and Product teams.
• Attend and represent PVcase at conferences, trade shows, and industry gatherings.
• Over 10 years of experience in B2B sales and/or business development.
• Preferably within a high-growth SaaS environment ($50M–$100M ARR range).
• Minimum of 3 years in a sales leadership position.
• Proven history of recruiting, building, and managing successful sales teams from the ground up.
• Demonstrated success in improving company performance, consistently surpassing quotas, and driving business leadership for enhanced profitability and market positioning.
• Familiarity with SaaS technology stack / CRM tools, such as Salesforce, is a significant advantage.
• Strong commercial insight paired with analytical precision.
• Excellent planning, organizational, leadership, negotiation, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Capability to lead team and strategy development while maintaining a hands-on approach.
• Strong work ethic, high energy, and eagerness to learn on the job.
• Sociable, inquisitive, creative, and passionate, embodying PVcase’s core values.
• Proven experience in selling software or services within the solar industry, data center siting/development, or both.
• Must reside in one of the eligible North American U.S. states.
