This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of and meet the annual new business targets within the designated international market segment.
• Create a robust self-generated annual pipeline in addition to leads generated by marketing.
• Manage the entire deal execution process for core opportunities that fit the ideal customer profile.
• Transform partner and reseller relationships into qualified new business prospects.
• Achieve a high win rate with sales-qualified leads and ensure accurate, real-time tracking in the CRM system.
• Progress assigned pipeline opportunities utilizing structured methodologies such as ValueSelling.
• Establish enduring credibility and customer references within the assigned market segment.
• Work collaboratively with global teams to enhance deal drivers, adjust sales strategies, and assess win/loss rationale.
• Over 8 years of experience in enterprise software sales with a proven track record of multi-year quota achievement.
• Background in high-ACV, long-cycle sales processes.
• Demonstrated success in selling across various European or international markets.
• Extensive knowledge of the media industry and credibility among media software purchasers.
• Capability to effectively function across different time zones while collaborating with US-based leadership and support teams.
• Proficiency in ValueSelling, MEDDPICC, forecast accuracy, and pipeline precision.
• Skill in identifying customers' underlying business needs and generating a sense of urgency.
• Strong commercial acumen to structure and negotiate multi-year enterprise software agreements encompassing SaaS licensing, implementation, and custom development.
• A collaborative, inquisitive, and driven mindset with experience managing deals across Pre-Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Professional Services.
• Readiness to maintain an international travel and industry event schedule, including approximately 50% onsite travel.
• £105,000 base salary with an additional 10% commission.
