This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Identify and engage potential customers through thorough research, networking, and cold calling.
• Establish new connections with enterprise clients and prospects to enhance revenue, pipeline, and deployment capabilities.
• Develop and sustain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at major client organizations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, consistently exceeding their expectations.
• Lead negotiations with both current and prospective clients, addressing concerns and successfully closing deals.
• Navigate contracts and agreements in collaboration with legal and finance teams.
• Formulate and implement sales strategies aimed at achieving or surpassing targets.
• Create customized sales presentations and proposals tailored for enterprise clients.
• Partner with the marketing team on sales campaigns and presentations.
• Assist in shaping the company's go-to-market sales approach.
• Work alongside the broader go-to-market team, product development, technical, and operations departments.
• Professional proficiency in both Brazilian Portuguese and English.
• 8 to 12+ years of experience in a customer-facing sales role within the enterprise sector, focusing on identifying and closing large accounts.
• Proven experience managing a quota of $1M or more.
• Experience handling end-to-end complex deals with annual contract values in the six- and seven-figure range.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and make informed, data-driven decisions.
• A demonstrated history of enterprise prospecting and lead generation through research, networking, and cold outreach.
• Familiarity with the AI landscape, including key players and emerging trends, is a plus.
• Experience in developing go-to-market strategies, building sales teams, or creating sales processes from the ground up, particularly during early-stage growth, is advantageous.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
