• Deliver comprehensive financial leadership, guidance, and analysis to the functional management team.

• Comprehend the business landscape and identify, as well as implement, process and organizational enhancements.

• Plan and ensure the effective execution of departmental goals.

• Engage in the preparation of the annual budget.

• Monitor monthly expenditures to guarantee alignment with budgetary targets.

• Assess monthly metrics to confirm that objectives are achieved.

• Conduct financial planning for the function and provide relevant recommendations.

• Lead, strategize, and coordinate work teams to execute financial functions and activities effectively.

• Employ metrics to monitor performance and manage workloads.

• Ensure operational processes and procedures adhere to established policies.

• Drive critical functional financial metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen years old.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a field relevant to the position.

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
