This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee a team of Direct Sales Representatives within the designated Texas territory.
• Manage a direct sales team focused on selling specific products and services within a particular geographic area or industry segment.
• Drive self-initiated business development through prospecting, networking, referrals, and proactive outreach activities.
• Set and achieve revenue, volume, and market share targets.
• Establish and meet sales and budget objectives.
• Implement marketing strategies for the promotion of products and services.
• Build and sustain profitable client relationships.
• Keep track of market trends and competitor activities.
• Create and manage the annual budget for the designated area.
• Foster relationships with industry associations and community networks.
• Train, inspire, coach, and lead the sales team on a daily basis.
• Travel as necessary.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Generally, eight to ten years of relevant experience.
• Willingness and ability to travel.
• Advanced understanding of sales processes and strategies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent management and leadership abilities.
• Proven skills in new business development and relationship management.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Comprehensive knowledge of banking products/services, operations, and current market trends.
• Capability to make significant decisions autonomously.
• Candidates must adhere to U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, along with related workplace conduct and safety protocols.
