This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee a team of Direct Sales Representatives within the designated Florida region.

• Manage a direct sales team that promotes assigned products and services across a specific geographic area or industry segment.

• Drive self-generated business through activities such as prospecting, networking, referrals, and outbound business development.

• Establish objectives for revenue, volume, and market share.

• Set and accomplish sales and budget targets.

• Implement marketing strategies for the products and services offered.

• Foster and sustain profitable customer relationships.

• Identify and track market trends and competitor activities.

• Create and manage the annual budget for the assigned territory.

• Build relationships with industry associations and community networks.

• Train, inspire, coach, and provide daily guidance to the sales team.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Generally, eight to ten years of relevant experience.

• Willingness to travel as necessary.

• Advanced understanding of sales and sales strategies.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong leadership and management capabilities.

• Proven skills in new business development and relationship management.

• Exceptional customer service and relations skills.

• Comprehensive knowledge of banking products/services, banking operations, and current market trends.

• Capacity to make significant decisions independently.

• Candidates must adhere to U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, as well as related workplace conduct and safety policies.
