Sales Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia.

📋 Description

• Achieve and exceed European revenue goals by creating and delivering precise pipeline forecasts.

• Identify, qualify, conduct demonstrations, negotiate, and finalize enterprise agreements with hospitals and health systems.

• Establish territory definitions, segmentation, and market-entry strategies for various European nations.

• Cultivate relationships with clinical, procurement, and executive-level decision-makers; facilitate multi-stakeholder agreements and expand existing accounts.

• Recruit, mentor, and lead a sales team in Europe as the region experiences growth.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Medical teams to synchronize go-to-market strategies and share valuable customer insights.

• Serve as the representative for Powerful Medical at industry events and with key opinion leaders and partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in selling to hospitals or health systems, with a successful track record of meeting and surpassing sales quotas.

• Preferred background in Medtech, digital health, or medical devices.

• Proven ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals that involve clinical, procurement, and executive buyers.

• Comfortable managing a multi-country territory and acting as the senior commercial leader.

• Capability to build and lead a team; prior experience in managing sales personnel is highly advantageous.

• Exceptional communication skills in both English and Slovak.

• Ability to work independently, set priorities, and execute tasks autonomously.

• Strong enthusiasm for transforming cardiovascular care through AI.

• Willingness to travel approximately 30% within Europe.
