Sales Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete sales process, which includes prospecting, closing deals, launching partnerships, researching target accounts, and determining strategies to secure budgets.

• Cultivate enduring relationships with key clients through transparent communication, realistic expectation management, and exceptional service delivery.

• Act as a representative for Jampp at industry events and conferences, advocating for mobile programmatic advertising as well as user acquisition and retention.

• Collaborate closely with teams in Product, Technology, Revenue Operations, and global Sales.

• Approach challenges with creativity to enhance the Jampp brand among app marketers in North America.

• Drive local Jampp initiatives, monitor outcomes, and provide insights to refine global strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Comprehensive knowledge of the AdTech/mobile advertising landscape, particularly in programmatic advertising.

• Strong connections with app advertisers and agencies.

• Proven experience in managing a sales pipeline and securing large contracts.

• Over 5 years of sales experience with a demonstrated ability to exceed quotas in SaaS or media sales.

• Analytical skills to navigate complex pricing, performance, and incrementality factors.

• Capability to establish senior-level relationships effectively and swiftly.

• A degree in engineering, mathematics, or a science-related field is an advantage.

• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
