📋 Description

• Generate leads and enhance data quality by downloading event lists, sourcing emails and phone numbers using Seamless.ai and LinkedIn, matching existing CRM records with VLOOKUPs, and cleaning as well as ranking lead pipelines.

• Maintain consistent outbound outreach strategies across multiple concurrent campaigns.

• Dispatch templated introductory messages and tailored follow-up emails.

• Prepare event briefing packages, schedules, and attendee checklists for the CEO.

• Schedule calendar appointments, manage sales blocks, and select dining and coffee venues for meetings in NY/NJ.

• Log contacts, business card information, and call recordings within CRM boards.

• Utilize AI prompts to derive market positioning insights from client discussions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as an SDR, Sales Operations Assistant, or Executive VA supporting sales teams.

• Strong practical experience with lead generation and data tools, including Seamless.ai, LinkedIn, Excel VLOOKUPs, and CRM systems.

• Direct experience in executing outbound email strategies and maintaining CRM records across multi-table systems.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to compose engaging non-templated follow-up emails.

• High initiative with proactive calendar management and results-oriented thinking.

• Availability to work in US time zones during the graveyard shift from the Philippines.

• Ability to commence work within 2 weeks of receiving a job offer.

• Comfortable using time-tracking tools like Time Doctor.

• Must have a personal laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and a webcam.

• Reliable internet connection of at least 50 Mbps.

• Backup equipment available for power and internet outages.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs and data cleaning.

• Proficient in Google Workspace, Calendly, Zoom, and CRM platforms.
