This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Conduct research to identify leads that will help achieve and surpass monthly targets for generating new sales opportunities.
• Engage with warm and hot inbound leads promptly.
• Initiate cold calls to develop new leads.
• Recognize obstacles preventing prospects from reaching their objectives and recommend suitable products.
• Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers in early childhood programs, including owners, directors, and systems leaders.
• Daily prioritize and organize the lead pipeline for optimal efficiency.
• Accurately record and update data in real-time using Salesforce.
• Keep abreast of developments in the Early Childhood Education sector.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team and coordinate across functions, particularly on top-of-funnel initiatives.
• Continue personal growth and development as a sales professional.
• Act as the initial point of contact for prospects, facilitating the success of Associate Account Executives, Account Executives, and Account Managers.
• Currently, only applicants from Canada will be considered.
• Willingness to travel in person as needed for the position.
• Experience in sales or customer success within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
