This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Provide guidance to current customers and address their inquiries.
β’ Recognize opportunities for improvements as well as potential for cross-selling and upselling.
β’ Broaden the sales network.
β’ Conduct both digital and in-person meetings and presentations for customers.
β’ Collaborate closely with Product Management to continuously improve the offerings.
β’ Oversee the sales pipeline and sustain customer relationships within the CRM system.
β’ Methodically develop a specified business area to enhance market share for Legal Tech solutions.
β’ Establish internal frameworks, efficient processes, policies, resources, and tools.
β’ Prepare and follow up on quotes.
β’ Track quotation status, communicate with clients, update internal systems, and generate reports.
β’ Document customer interactions and analyze CRM data to produce actionable insights.
β’ Work in partnership with the sales team catering to small and midsize law firms.
β’ Completed vocational training in business administration or commercial studies.
β’ A minimum of 2β3 years of experience in sales, inside sales, or a similar capacity.
β’ Familiarity with standard CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
β’ Proficient in both written and spoken German and English.
β’ Willingness to travel within the country for trade fairs and internal workshops.
β’ Strong communication and presentation abilities, coupled with a genuine enthusiasm for direct interaction with individuals.
β’ Resilience and adaptability when confronted with challenges and changes.
β’ Strong digital proficiency and the capability to effectively utilize modern AI tools.
β’ Eagerness to learn and a commitment to actively contribute to the company's success.
