
Sales Development Representative – Imaging

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in identifying and tracking potential opportunities within pharmaceutical sponsors and clinical research organizations.
• Input new opportunities into Salesforce and ensure accurate details are maintained for opportunities, supporting documents, activities, and anticipated closing dates.
• Help develop proposal materials, capability presentations, and bid-defense slides.
• Acknowledge requests for proposals and review submissions to ensure all required information is included.
• Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to gather missing information and clarify proposal specifications.
• Organize internal strategy calls and involve relevant contributors.
• Oversee proposal timelines, deliverables, and deadlines, ensuring to follow up with stakeholders.
• Assist in the management and revision of internal pricing tools.
• Handle rebid requests, which include pricing adjustments, additional materials, and strategic discussions.
• Track change-order activities and maintain accurate completion and closure dates in Salesforce.
• Provide operational and administrative support to the Imaging commercial team in their business development initiatives.
• Engage in Sales Operations, Sales-to-Services, and other departmental meetings as necessary.
• Contribute to additional commercial initiatives, assignments, and special projects as business requirements evolve.
• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, communications, project management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience in clinical imaging, clinical trials, project coordination, sales support, proposal development, technical writing, or budget development.
• Clinical imaging experience or familiarity with the imaging industry is highly preferred.
• Experience in supporting projects, commercial activities, or cross-functional deliverables in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform is advantageous.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a dedication to maintaining thorough and accurate information.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to interact professionally with both clients and internal partners.
• Ability to work autonomously while effectively contributing to a collaborative, remote team environment.
• Good judgment, initiative, adaptability, and a customer-oriented mindset.
