This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead outbound sales development initiatives.
• Implement prospecting campaigns via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other authorized channels.
• Create meetings and qualified opportunities for Account Executives.
• Engage in discovery conversations to grasp customer needs and challenges.
• Reconnect with dormant opportunities, historical leads, and existing customer contacts.
• Uphold prospecting activity levels and pipeline development objectives.
• Evaluate account engagement data, marketing activities, Salesforce insights, AV360 signals, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator information.
• Rank accounts and contacts based on engagement and purchasing signals.
• Customize outreach according to market intelligence and customer activity.
• Maintain account intelligence and insights from customer interactions.
• Oversee assigned low-dollar or no-dollar contracts, Statements of Work, amendments, renewals, and related commercial requests.
• Collect customer requirements and coordinate internally to fulfill opportunities.
• Escalate opportunities that surpass complexity, risk, or financial thresholds.
• Monitor opportunities through to completion and keep status visibility.
• Review incoming requests and suggest suitable work allocation or routing.
• Aid with reassigned work transitions.
• Assist with coordinated campaign follow-up and account-based outreach.
• Share insights on engagement, lead quality, conversion, and prospect feedback.
• Keep accurate records of opportunities, activities, and pipeline information in Salesforce.
• Track outreach effectiveness and qualification trends.
• Report pipeline activity and conversion performance to Sales leadership.
• Ensure adherence to sales processes and documentation standards.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales development, business development, inside sales, or other customer-facing roles.
• Proven experience in outbound prospecting via phone, email, social selling, and other outreach methods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to prioritize multiple tasks and opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce or similar tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in selling within healthcare technology, healthcare services, or SaaS sectors.
• Proficient in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and sales engagement platforms.
• Strong analytical abilities with a knack for leveraging data in prospecting.
• Experience in recognizing buying signals and qualifying opportunities.
• Skilled in relationship building and influencing outcomes among stakeholders.
• Knowledge of contracts, Statements of Work, renewals, or transactional sales processes.
• Must be able to use a camera for all virtual meetings.
• Sponsorship is not available.
• Must pass a drug test prior to starting employment.
