This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.
• Act as a representative of Hustler Marketing to prospective clients and generate new business through proactive outreach.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of self-generated leads utilizing cold emails, LinkedIn, cold calls, and various other channels.
• Conduct discovery and sales calls via Zoom/Google Meet, guiding them through to closure.
• Promote Hustler Marketing’s digital agency services predominantly to DTC brands.
• Research and evaluate prospects in line with the ideal-client profile.
• Identify new business opportunities and related target segments.
• Take ownership of the CRM, ensuring precise records and progress tracking.
• Leverage AI tools and automation for outreach, research, personalization, and follow-up.
• Enhance sales processes, experiment with strategies, and assess outcomes.
• Conduct follow-up calls and lead-nurturing sequences.
• Collaborate with the Vice President, Managing Director, Account Managers, Strategists, and Department Heads.
• Upsell existing clients from one-time services to retainers or recurring services.
• Provide weekly reports on sales activities and results.
• Assist in onboarding new clients and manage crucial customer relationships.
• Advise Sales Team members on prospect interactions and qualifying leads.
• Engage in research and training on sales strategies, outreach methods, and AI capabilities.
• Contribute to sales goals, revenue growth, competitive analysis, forecasts, and consumer trend insights.
• Perform additional relevant tasks as assigned by the Vice President and Managing Director.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role within a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
• Preference for candidates with experience selling in a digital agency, particularly to DTC brands.
• A background primarily focused on outbound sales with a proven ability to generate and manage a personal pipeline.
• Proficient in cold emailing, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, conducting discovery and sales calls, negotiation, audit preparation, and proposal development.
• Ability to streamline sales processes and workflows.
• Current knowledge of modern outbound sales practices.
• Familiarity with outbound tools and practical experience with AI solutions for outreach.
• Must be comfortable with phone and video sales, coaching, structure, and accountability for KPIs.
• Comprehensive understanding of sales performance metrics.
• Experience using CRM software such as Salesforce, ZOHO, HubSpot, or another sales CRM.
• Proficient in Google Workspace Suite.
• Strong skills in presentation, communication, negotiation, interpersonal relations, time management, and organization.
• Demonstrated success in a sales-related role.
• A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a significant advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage personal time effectively.
• Availability and responsiveness from Monday to Friday between 3–6 PM BCN time.
• Must consistently work 30–35 hours per week, totaling around 140 hours per month.
• Reliable internet connection and a laptop or PC; capability to participate in virtual video conferences.
• Fluent in verbal and written English.
• Open to feedback and constructive criticism.

• The first two months serve as a trial-and-adaptation period, compensated at the full rate.
• Regular performance evaluations every 9–12 months, with the initial review occurring after 3–6 months.
