This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Foster opportunities and support the growth of the sales pipeline
• Create new pipeline opportunities
• Identify accounts and contacts
• Source and enhance target lists within a specified Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) utilizing tools such as ZoomInfo, Clay, LinkedIn Navigator, and others
• Recognize trigger events and perform outreach using proven cadences
• Collaborate with account executives to turn opportunities into sales
• Work alongside marketing, sales executives, and subject matter experts to strategize and implement business development initiatives
• Follow up on marketing inquiries, qualify leads, and nurture potential clients
• Drive new business and engage in prospecting activities
• Focus on potential customers, emphasizing phone-based outreach
• Actively develop and qualify sales opportunities
• Collect prospect information and ensure a seamless transition to account executives
• Implement a structured 14-day outreach cadence for assigned target prospects and leads
• Tailor initial outreach based on trigger events like acquisitions, leadership transitions, expansions, and ERP milestones
• Identify and target essential companies with sales and practice leaders
• Demonstrate insight into target audiences, industries, and significant business challenges
• Conduct high-volume outreach via phone and email, including over 40 calls daily to key prospects and C-level executives
• Qualify 10–15 confirmed meetings monthly after ramp-up
• Build expertise in Data & AI product and consulting service offerings while enhancing sales skills
• Collaborate with US marketing to boost campaign success, event participation, and lead generation
• Record data in HubSpot, promptly flag hot responses, and provide weekly reports on sends, replies, meetings, and knowledge gained
• Engage in sales training, webinars, product training, and Columbus marketing events
• Minimum of 2 years as an SDR/BDR in B2B technology or professional services
• Familiarity with technology products and services
• Understanding of lead data and CRM systems
• Proven experience in building relationships and earning trust through phone and email communication with professionals at all levels
• Ability to demonstrate results: response rates, meetings scheduled, and quota performance
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient with technology and internet tools
• Quick learner of software applications

• Hands-on experience with outbound sales strategies
• Familiarity with ERP, SaaS, or software sales
• Prior experience in the Manufacturing, Process, or Food Industry is a plus
