Sales Development Representative, DACH Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Identify and investigate potential clients utilizing LinkedIn, CRM systems, and industry events.

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on target accounts, messaging, key stakeholders, and outreach strategies.

• Perform outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and social media to generate leads.

• Interact with prospects to comprehend their needs, challenges, and potential alignment with company services.

• Assess leads based on predefined criteria.

• Arrange meetings between qualified leads and sales executives.

• Maintain precise records of lead interactions within the CRM.

• Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including lead generation, conversion rates, and outreach activities.

• Work in conjunction with the Commercial Director for the DACH region, sales leadership, marketing, and subject matter experts across strategy, design, and technology.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2+ years of pertinent sales and/or marketing experience.

• Basic knowledge of outbound marketing and sales strategies along with best practices.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Professional proficiency in both German and English (written and spoken).

• Strong collaborative skills and the capability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

• A self-motivated individual eager to learn, develop, and achieve results.

• Proficient in managing and prioritizing time amidst competing priorities and deadlines.

• [Preferred] Familiarity with HubSpot.

• [Preferred] Experience within the Shopify Ecosystem or E-Commerce Industry.
