Sales Development Representative – CRM, Conversational AI, Messaging Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Conduct research on companies in the UAE and Saudi Arabia that utilize messaging channels to generate leads or engage with customers.

• Identify key decision-makers in areas such as sales, marketing, customer service, operations, and business ownership.

• Create opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email communication in both English and Arabic.

• Investigate challenges including unaddressed inquiries, delayed responses, inconsistent follow-up, and conversations dispersed across various channels.

• Articulate the benefits of a unified inbox, effective contact management, messaging campaigns, and AI-enhanced customer engagement.

• Qualify leads based on their preferred communication methods, inquiry frequency, team dynamics, existing tools, and purchasing timeline.

• Schedule 20 qualified meetings each month and provide follow-up support to ensure attendance.

• Keep precise CRM records and provide detailed discovery notes to the sales team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a B2B Sales Development Representative (SDR) or in outbound sales, ideally in CRM, SaaS, marketing automation, WhatsApp Business solutions, or customer engagement platforms.

• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Arabic.

• Experience in prospecting within the UAE or Saudi markets.

• Familiarity with messaging-based sales, lead management, customer service processes, and automation techniques.

• Capability to link software functionalities to sales and customer experience results.

• Excellent cold-calling, objection-handling, research, and follow-up abilities.

• Experience in managing an outbound pipeline using CRM tools.

• Availability for a full-time schedule that aligns with UAE and Saudi business hours.
