This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Proactively identify and generate leads within the digital realm
• Innovatively engage potential new customers through various digital platforms
• Actively contact decision-makers via email, LinkedIn, and particularly by phone
• Assess leads and arrange meetings for our Sales Managers
• Collaborate closely with our Sales and Business Development team
• Play a vital role in building, maintaining, and expanding our customer base
• Assist in shaping, optimizing, and further developing our sales process and internal workflows
• Preferably, experience in sales and making cold calls
• Exceptional communication skills and a genuine enjoyment for engaging with people
• Convincing on the phone with a strong “closer” instinct
• Proficient in German and English, both written and spoken; additional languages are advantageous
• Independent, organized, and solution-focused working approach
• Adaptable to a scale-up culture and willing to put in extra effort when necessary
• Appreciate measurable outcomes while remaining flexible in a dynamic setting
• Interest in mechanics/manufacturing, artificial intelligence, or digital sales
