Sales Development Representative, Benelux

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Take charge of outbound prospecting and generating a pipeline for new HRTech business opportunities.

• Identify and research target accounts within the HRTech and mid-market sectors.

• Engage potential clients through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and events to create qualified opportunities.

• Develop and maintain a robust prospect pipeline to support revenue growth objectives.

• Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements and evaluate the suitability for EOR and payroll solutions.

• Collaborate with Account Executives to transfer high-quality leads and ensure seamless progression through the pipeline.

• Analyze market trends, customer challenges, and competitor activities.

• When appropriate, advance opportunities and close deals, gaining insights into the complete sales cycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, business development, or outbound prospecting.

• Experience in HRTech, payroll, or EOR is advantageous.

• Demonstrated success in outbound lead generation, scheduling meetings, and building a pipeline.

• Excellent communication skills for creating engaging outreach and connecting with decision-makers.

• Highly organized, resilient, and goal-oriented, capable of managing a high volume of outreach.

• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

• Knowledge of sales engagement tools like Outreach and SalesLoft.

• Ambitious self-starter aiming to transition into a closing Account Executive role over time.

• Proficiency in English and Dutch (C2 or equivalent).
