This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Generate a qualified pipeline of opportunities for the sales team.
• Act as the initial contact and brand ambassador for prospective clients.
• Conduct research to identify high-potential prospects within targeted markets.
• Implement structured outreach strategies across email, phone, and social media channels.
• Create tailored email content and call scripts.
• Initiate outbound calls and send emails to spark interest and qualify prospects.
• Manage and nurture inbound leads effectively.
• Arrange introductory calls and product demonstrations with sales executives.
• Document and update interactions with prospects in CRM and sales engagement platforms.
• Follow up with interested prospects who did not convert initially.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to initiate and enhance lead generation campaigns.
• Assist with logistics for in-person events or campaigns as necessary.
• Provide frontline insights to inform marketing content and campaign strategies.
• Participate in calls with Account Executives to learn from and support the sales cycle.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a Sales Development or similar role within an Enterprise SaaS organization.
• Experience in selling healthcare technology solutions, particularly in Electronic Health Records (EHR), Practice Management Systems, or Revenue Cycle Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong capabilities in cold calling and email outreach.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, with Salesforce preferred.
• Comfortable with receiving and acting upon feedback.
• Eager to learn, grow, and pursue professional development.
• Possess a positive attitude and resilience in the face of rejection.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport.
• Experience in copywriting or content development.
• Familiarity with sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot, etc.).
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment with shared revenue goals.
• Authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
• Flexibility to work extended hours as required to support key initiatives.
• Occasional travel may be necessary.
