• Contact mortgage brokers from a supplied list

• Present the paid lead trial and address any objections

• Secure brokers on a fixed-price trial offer

• Record calls and outcomes in the CRM and dialer

• Customize the script outline to fit your personal style

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be located in Canada

• Fluent in clear and professional English

• Experience in closing deals over the phone (B2B, outbound, or commission-based sales)

• Comfortable with a performance-based compensation structure

• Bonus: experience in mortgages, real estate, lending, or financial services is preferred

• Provide a resume or LinkedIn profile

• Submit a 60-second audio or video clip pitching to a mortgage broker as if making a cold call

• Include your best month of closed deals or booked meetings, along with the strategies used to achieve them

• Applications that do not include the recorded pitch will not be considered
