Sales Development Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Transform inbound interest, inquiries, and registrations into qualified, sales-ready opportunities for the AE team.

• Maintain a consistent and qualified pipeline at a volume and quality that positively influences ARR.

• Consultatively qualify prospects by understanding their current situation, challenges, and readiness.

• Transfer qualified prospects to the AE team along with pertinent context.

• Develop expertise in ShareGate Protect and Migrate, and comprehend the IT personas being served.

• Integrate AI tools into call preparations, outreach, follow-up communications, and pipeline management.

• Offer innovative process ideas, particularly related to AI.

• Collaborate within a four-member inbound SDR team supporting the AE organization.

• Engage in Gong call reviews and role-play exercises.

⛳️ Requirements

• Daily active user of AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

• Comfortable speaking on the phone and via video calls.

• Previous experience in a sales or performance-driven position such as SDR, BDR, or inside sales.

• Proven record of achieving targets.

• Quick learner capable of understanding complex products and B2B buyers.

• Strong pipeline management skills, including prioritization, tracking, and advancing multiple conversations.

• Background in SaaS or technology is advantageous.

• Familiarity with Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or HubSpot is a plus.

• Proficiency in French is an additional benefit.
