This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.
• Schedule qualified appointments with prospective clients to enhance sales growth.
• Direct generated leads to sales representatives for further qualification and closing.
• Reach out to potential new clients utilizing established prospecting methods.
• Create interest in discovery meetings with established RRD Sales Executives.
• Identify multiple contact points within the provided target lists.
• Present RRD products and services to inspire prospects to learn more.
• Conduct online research into prospects' business goals and contact information.
• Build a valuable sales pipeline through strategic and focused prospecting.
• Collaborate with the sales team to formulate target prospect lists.
• Develop and oversee a prospect pipeline while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
• Seamlessly transition leads to the sales team following the initial discovery meeting.
• Utilize Salesforce for all lead-generation efforts.
• Meet with Sales Leaders to assess and refine strategy.
• An Associate's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred; a minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 2 years of sales and telemarketing experience with a focus on cold calling.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing lead generation goals.
• Competency in Salesforce CRM and other sales technology tools.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to convey complex value propositions.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Self-driven with the capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
• Proven expertise in prospecting techniques and lead-generation strategies.
• Experience utilizing various outreach channels, including email, phone, and social media.
• Strong research skills for identifying potential clients and comprehending their business needs.
• Ability to manage objections and maintain a positive attitude despite rejection.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and evolving sales strategies.
• Professional demeanor and a customer-centric approach to business development.
