This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.
• Schedule qualified appointments with new clients to enhance sales growth.
• Foster interest in discovery meetings alongside established RRD Sales Executives.
• Reach out to potential clients utilizing effective prospecting techniques.
• Identify various contact points within targeted accounts and convey the value of RRD products and services.
• Conduct online research to comprehend prospects' business objectives and effectively position RRD services.
• Build a high-value sales pipeline through strategic and targeted prospecting efforts.
• Work in collaboration with the sales team to create targeted prospect lists.
• Develop and oversee a prospect pipeline while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Ensure a seamless transition of leads to the sales team following the initial discovery meeting.
• Utilize Salesforce for all lead-generation initiatives.
• Meet with Sales Leaders to assess and refine strategy.
• Concentrate solely on lead generation; forward leads to sales representatives for further qualification and closure.
• An Associate's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred; a minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales and telemarketing, particularly focused on cold calling.
• A proven history of meeting or surpassing lead generation targets.
• Competence in Salesforce CRM and other sales technology tools.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex value propositions.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Self-driven with the capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Demonstrated expertise in prospecting methods and lead-generation strategies.
• Experience utilizing email, phone, and social media for outreach efforts.
• Strong research capabilities for identifying potential clients and comprehending their business needs.
• Ability to manage objections while maintaining a positive outlook in the face of rejection.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and evolving sales strategies.
