This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.
• Schedule qualified appointments with potential clients to enhance sales growth.
• Create leads and direct them to sales representatives for additional qualification and closing.
• Reach out to prospective clients using effective prospecting methods.
• Spark interest in discovery meetings with established RRD Sales Executives.
• Identify multiple points of contact within targeted accounts.
• Articulate the value proposition of RRD’s products and services.
• Conduct online research concerning prospects and their business objectives.
• Develop a robust sales pipeline through strategic and focused prospecting.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create targeted prospect lists.
• Oversee a prospect pipeline while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
• Transition leads to the sales team following the initial discovery meeting.
• Utilize Salesforce for all lead-generation activities.
• Consult with Sales Leaders to assess strategy.
• Associate's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred; at minimum, a high school diploma or GED is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of sales and telemarketing experience, particularly in cold calling.
• Proven success in meeting or surpassing lead generation goals.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce CRM and other sales technology tools.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Demonstrated expertise in prospecting techniques and lead-generation strategies.
• Experience with outreach via email, phone, and social media.
• Strong research skills for identifying potential clients and comprehending their business needs.
• Ability to navigate objections and maintain a positive outlook despite rejections.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and evolving sales strategies.
• Professional demeanor with a customer-focused mindset.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
